This hasn't been posted in three years. I remember when it was ubiquitous to /f/ as well as /b/
and /z/ as a gif.
In the news this week, Conan has gone on hiatus and will be returning in January 2019 with his
show cut down to a half hour. I dread the day he retires and leaves us with the current flock of
late night talking head propagandists. It's a perfect microcosm of what has happened to media and
society as a whole.
Everything in the world of humor is so different now. I'm not the only person to make the
observation. Barely anything is funny anymore by itself, it all has to be drenched in 4chanism to
make it palatable to people, even outsiders not buying into late nite televised reddit.
The new paradigm is horseshit, but maybe it was intentional.

Late Night TV has always been:

>Talk to guests
>Whore their products
Things are only different because one person dominates the news by doing something worth making
jokes about every single day.

I dont disagree but suggest if you dont like something just walk away ie stop browsing chans and
don't watch cable. There's a whole world out there
