In reality we have until browsers stop supporting flash entirely. Once the only option is using
standalone players then either the board will hae to adopt a new format or it'll be gone for
good. Of course it all depends on whether fan-made extensions or addons for flash will be
maintained, in case they do it's life might be extended for some years.
Regardless, the spirit of the board and it's community shall live on and I'll be proud to say I
was part of the only board on this site to live and die without turning to shit.

It's not as if this is the only place in the whole internet that has flashes. Shit, it's not even
the only flash board, I can think of like 5 others just off the top of my head What actually do
all the other places entirely or at least largely based around flash think of the current

This. I'm pretty used to other dead boards and I love them cuz they keep their life and

Supposedly Newgrounds has some kind of player they're encouraging people to install that will let
them play Flash games and videos past the cutoff point. I have it on my desktop now but I haven't
installed it yet. The only other site I care about losing besides NG and /f/ is Albinoblacksheep
and I have no idea what they're going to do. I'm probably better off just mass-downloading all

board where I see the most consistent amount of OC; whether it's shit or not doesn't matter in
the long run as long as it's OC. If the price to keep the integrity of this site alive is

It's sad but not unexpected since those were the people who would just use it because it was
mandatory for certain websites; those people wouldn't go the extra, and oftentimes minimal,
effort to run flash in their browser.
Also recently 4chan has been blocking certain networks from uploading files due to "abuse", i.e.
scam to sell 4chan passes, and that unfortunately includes /f/. Since I'm forced to use a hotspot
for internet, i've been locked out of uploading swfs for months now; who knows how many other /f/
regulars were blocked out of posting threads.
