I imagine it's kinda like how a weeaboo can speak perfect 'anime' japanese but not actual
japanese. You just unironically practice it a lot and then one day you become a pro at speaking

tbo, there's not much difference between "anime" and normal japanese, besides the fact that you
would probably stand out for speaking not polite enough
but there are all kinds of anime, some of them which feature actual reallife spoken japanese
it's less of an accent and more of just a careless choice of words
with a little insight you could learn perfect japanese from anime
obviously not saying -nyan at the end of a sentence should really be common sense
japs on the other hand fucking learn ENGRISH in university still
