I got banned for 3 days for saying cunny on /a/, and that was the final straw so I tried using
softethervpn, and that somehow netted me a 3 month ban for proxy
I did get banned for a month before though last December.

Honestly for 3 months I would have done more research into dynamic IP and shit. Not much to loose

Also, I'm surprised they IP banned you if you used a VPN. A VPN should mask your IP address to
outsiders.

They can identify you by cookie that is just a randomly generated string.
Even with a DyIP or VPN, if you're using the same browser you were banned on
they can see other posts you've made. It's how (you)s are made

Global rule 3 should be removed on 4chan, gives the ability to ban people for WHATEVER reason.

And mods shouldn't be able to issue global bans except when someone posts child porn. What's
perfectly acceptable board culture on one board might net you a global ban on a different board,
there's no reason to ban someone globally instead of just banning him on the board where he
fucked up because he came from a different board where such behaviour is acceptable.

I got banned 5 times in the past two months, one being a double ban. That's more bans I got than
in the last 10 years I browsed this site.
Mods have fucking lost it. If you think you're jaded, don't go to the IRC. They'll make you look

My latest ban was for literally nothing. They cited rule 5, but had no post to prove it (and I
know for a FACT that I didn't post any NSFW). They also changed the ban time the day I was able
to appeal it to a single day so that I couldn't appeal it.
