Because of all the porn of Penny from Inspector Gadget throughout the years? However the spelling
of this character's name is "Peni" apparently. Seems to be some kind of Marvel character.
The name Penny sure makes the girl sound cheap, "she's yours for a penny". Now that I think about
it that probably helps making it slutty.
