He is My Master/Kore ga Watashi no Goshujinsama a manga about a parody of rich orphaned anon
circa early 2000s who uses his vast inheritance to hire some runaway girls his age to work for
him as his maids while constantly harassing them and taking lewd videos. The anime is pretty
censored compared to the manga due to the near irredeemable nature of the protagonist(e.g. he
tries to kidnap the younger sister of the main girls at one point, that plot being basically
removed and combined with another appearance of the sister for the anime), and the main character
is a lot meaner in the anime. Also that alligator (the green tail there) really is raping her.(a
common gag) The character even takes a video of it at one point and uses it later to bribe
another character into doing something for him.
