Problem for me is I feel absolutely nothing anymore, I really am worried that this is a big
mental health problem and if I don't do something soon it's not going to end well at all.

Well, I messaged an old female friend again. A few weeks ago I asked if she wanted to play,
meaning we do something we both enjoy. She asked me what I enjoy these days and I told her a list
of things I enjoy these days, like sports activities and video games and going to the movies and
shit. She didn't respond after that.
Waking up this morning, feelingly particularly funnny I messaged her this morning, saying that
another game would be we meet in a hotel room and scratch, bite and fuck each other until we drop
dead. That it would be a more biological game, instead of a psychological game. A little joke,
because she studied biology and I am about to study psychology.
Although she is slutty and fucked a lot of random guys, I now worry that a "strong and
independent woman" like her will call the police, because I am not her type and therefore
expressing "toxic masculinity" and making her scared for her safety instead of making her wet.
Well, that or I get laid soon. What do I know, this world is crazy. So I try to fit in.

But not all kinds of crazy are equal. I recommend you go into professional care when you can.
Don't know if that is an option where you are. If you already feel like it's not going to end
well at all if you don't do something, then this is the best indicator there is to get help.
If professional help is unavailable I recommend the church, if you can trust the religious
officials you have around you. I don't want to you become religious, but atleast here in Germany,
where I live, the church is actually interested in helping people and offers semi-professional
psychological help that has nothing to with talking about Jesus.
Third option is self help groups. I don't like them most of the time, but if you have some
competent members or even better a mental health professional leading the group sessions they can
be helpful to stabilize.
Well, so much to that.

man dont do anything out of character for other people its not gonna make you happy if you fit in
in a style that doesent fell right to you + if a girl gives you that feeling like she would do
that dont bother.

being apathetic all the time can and will fuck you up big time.
When was the last time you took a walk in nature or through the city you are in with no phone or
without listening to music?
I didnt believe my old boss when he told me this but this helped me alot in time.
Also when you dont feel anything at all I guess you probably dont feel bad when something gets
destroyed you own or someone takes advantage of you in some way, maybe try being more
appreciative of the things and people you have or had in your life because there is alot more
behind this than one would think.
Last but not least. Passion but BIG TIME, ever noticed how alot of people "just die" even though
they seemed healthy after retiering or when there partner dies late in life?
I believe thats because there is no drive to continue they had that goal of retiering and when it
was there they stopped growing or when they lost their partner they noticed they have lost their
own way of living and became co-dependent on their partner.
Sadly no one can help you with finding what lights the fire in you an example from me would be I
love researching about history, the occult/paranormal and people to see what drives them how they
became like they are and in what they believe in.
It took me along time to find this but I noticed it after X years because when someone told me
something interesting about these topics I couldnt help but look it up and continue down the
rabbit hole and suddenly I was already doing it for hours after some years I realised this is
something I really enjoy doing.
Not feeling anything is one of the most dangerous places to be in its like the final form of
depression at least thats what it was in my expierence.

well said... I've always tried to keep something in the future to look forward too, at a
short/mid time range, something to keep me going.
A lot of times this involved going to some out-of-the-way forest or mountain, few things match
the feeling of being in nature alone.

>and therefore expressing "toxic masculinity"
i live in sweden and all memes aside usa is 5000% worse than sweden when it comes to sjw
bullshit. everything we've got has sipped in from usa. i watch university clips or "protest"
clips, you have some serious issues going on. fascists are masquerading as fighting for justice
and mob mentality keeps everybody scared from speaking up. it's scary to see, hope you'll return
to how it was before internet one day.
anyway you need to find a purpose OP. that's what started the sjw bullshit anyway, people without
purpose "getting involved". but in reality their strives doesn't matter so they just make it more
and more extreme, tricking themselves that they do have a purpose.
my purpose is trying to make that dream game i want to make. it'll not change the world and it'll
not make me a millionaire but it's a purpose. find yours and remember that not everybody can be
elon musk, doing things that actually matters and changes the world. everybody wants to be a
rockstar but almost nobody can be. truth is for most people it wouldn't have made a difference if
they lived or not at all but just find something to keep your mind off it. sorry if you already
know this.
if you just want something to do you can make your life goal to cross 10 thousand bridges. while
doing that you might discover something better. most people don't want to travel though, even if
they think they do.
