Never made a flash before and thought I'd try my hand actually contributing. I'm trying to find
something better than adobe media encoder for flv. I got these clips looking nice at a small
filesize with handbrake, but they're mp4. AME absolute butchers anime since there's no blur,
denoise, sharpen, or deblocking.
I searched around a little and saw posts mentioning that handbrake can encode in flv, but I'm not
seeing it. I can change the extension in the output to flv but Adobe Flash/Animate won't let me
import them.

Plan on having it where you can switch between different versions of this sequence in an anime of
a girl in the rain with an umbrella. After the introductionary scene, you can autoplay the
different scenes/shots that follow or have them loop individually. Can pick between two songs to
have playing.

If you're serious about embedding video in Flash, disabuse yourself of the notion that there is
an alternative to AME. It is literally the only tool that does the job properly.
Know that it takes time and practice to understand how it works, and how to get the best quality
FLV out of it.
Better yet, try not to wrap videos. That's what You Tube is for.
Do real Flash.

Adobe Media Encoder.
It's a tool included in Creative Suite in order to get certain media properly prepared for
embedding.

I never fucked with Cloud.
I'm talking about Creative Suite.
Which one? depends... either 5.5 or 6.
6 fixes a number of minor issues and adds some arcane features, and any extensions you use need
to be converted (CS will do it automatically) to a new format, but some extensions break, and
certain others like Partigen will not render in 6. If those are critical issues for you, you
should use 5.5, and you won't really miss out on anything.
I don't really know how Animate compares to classic Flash, or if Cloud gives access to Media
Encoder, seeing how Flash is going to bed, and then why would you then need ON2VP6 wrapped in a
FLV?
