are you sure it wasn't google that killed noscript reCaptcha? yeah i think the problem is Google
is dropping noscript support for reCaptcha. why? there's no reason except to force people to
enable script making it easier for google to spy on you
hopefully chinkmoot hasn't realized the problem yet and will be changing captcha solution. maybe
finally make your own captcha??? in all seriousness moot should not have been as lazy as he was,
4chan is clearly large enough site to manage their own captcha. if swfchan can do it 4chan, a
site 500 times larger, can do it.
also captcha does not need to be as advanced as google's, slashdot is still using simple text
captcha and it works just fine. (unfortunately slashdot has turned off anonymous posting recently
but thats a different matter and had nothing to do with their captcha.)

Worked to me just yeasterday, tested on clover and it won't load anymore. For desktop not for a
few months.

Worth pointing out the swfchan captcha is a steaming pile from a UX standpoint. The rest of the
site is great, but fuck me if I can solve a captcha when 50% or more of each character is
obscured.

It's Hiro that blocked it purpose, probably as a scheme to get more people to buy passes given
how captcha isn't meant to for posting on message/image boards so it can take several minutes to
solve all the shit google throws at you.
It should also be noted that this is across the board for both desktop and phone posters, 4chanX
and clover/Kuroba users, non-javascript user everyone.
So regardless of the reason, it's Hiro that blocked it and of course because his administration
has always been shit, he and mods are silent.

It's bad because Google uses a bunch of algorithms to decide how hard and tedious your puzzles
are. I.E. are you logged into one of their accounts, do you have ad block on, are you allow them
to put their malware, ahem, cookies on your computer?
The real problem is Captcha is meant more for registration or one time things. The more you fill
out, the more the system thinks you're a bot and will throw more tedious shit at your way.
Which is going to fuck up 4chan. So yes, they're easy now, but given enough time, it will get
worse.
I.E. starting today, I had a 1 square puzzle, now I had to solve 10. Only a matter of time before
I get fucked over have to do slow ones.
