the ability to ban globally should be removed for everything except child porn.
no mod has the understanding of all board cultures so it doesn't make sense for a mod to be able
to ban you from other boards that you didn't even post on.
posting X on /tv/ might not be ok but posting the same thing on /b/ is ok, so why should you get
banned from /b/ if you post X on /tv/?
especially with the global rule 3 making as little sense as it does. what is considered
"trolling" is completely subjective.

The rules have always made little sense and exist solely so mods can spite you if they don't like
your posting style/opinions/post contents. It's never been fair, nor will it ever be fair. As
shitty as that is, you only get banned if you get caught, so it encourages you not to shitpost
contentiously.
The only fix would be to have paid, professional mods, but that comes with its own set of
problems, like stricter enforcement, and increased monetization of the website to pay for extra
staff.
