You go to the page source (ctrl+u) and search (f3)/(ctrl+f) .swf or [name of the flash].sfw

or you just, you know, right click the [SAVE] button that's under the flash on which you right
click and choose save link as
or you uncheck Embed (show in browser) box at the screen with captcha
