not bad, but should be a proper flash loop with separate audio stream and not just a video on repeat

You mean it should be animated and flash and not just encoded as a swf? Not entirely sure what you
mean. I'm new to all this. Thanks for the advice.

just don't make video outside of and then put into swf
make them in adobe flash or whatever directly
import your assets and build the movie timeline directly, then it is a proper flash and not just a
flv

what >>74822 said basically covers it. a flash is a kind of lightweight and sandboxed program, you
can all kinds of things. in a flash loop you should separate the (mute) video stream from the audio
stream and have them playback independently from each other.
usually people do not use video for the visuals however but rather a sequence of jpg images (or png
if low resolution/pixels). if you use video there can be a little delay before the visuals repeat
because flash needs to rewind the video. as long as you separate the audio stream there won't be a
glitch in the music but having 1 frame be twice as long in the visuals i find annoying.
to import a sequence of images just name them like 001.jpg, 002.jpg etc and select "import to
stage", then just pick the first image and flash pro will ask you if you want to import all the
images.
