sure, fapping every day will take its toll on you very easily and fast
but that doesn't mean that the other extreme is good as well
unless you are lucky enough to fuck whomever regularely, fapping about once per week is the
optimal degree
everything less will impact you as badly in the long run
sure, short-term (after the withdrawal symptoms) you will focus more on other things and have
therefore more energy, but that is a kind of survival mode
it's not meant for you to be in that for long periods of time
I can fap how every much I want and still do everything else
it's really more about willpower and not giving in to your desires than just avoiding them
