no matter how much i dilute my dopamine with constant cooming, junk food, flashes and kino,
theres still an undertow of being unfulfilled. i had a dream last night about an ex i havent seen
in 2 years. no matter how garbage society and people are and how much it hurts to interact with
them, it cant be avoided.
are we all just enslaved to our biological imperative anons?

my full respect to those who can live in solitude while still having the discipline to keep their
minds and bodies active. it's too easy to fall into the trap OP has where you constantly give
yourself cheap satisfaction.

I used to be exactly like you. my dopamine receptors were fried, couldn't hold my focus on
anything for longer than a couple minutes.
It really messed me up at work, school, and general everyday life. I know nofap seems like a cult
but it really did help me, at the very least. I feel more confident and am able to focus now that
I'm not a slave to cooming anymore.
This book, meditating, and changing up my diet helped.

I think its very easy for humans to succumb to their base desires in the modern era now that we
can have almost anything, very easily.
On the bright side, we can also choose not to listen them. Meditating and water fasting helped me
build a stronger mind to ignore these desires. Maintaining a healthy diet made it easier for me
to reject depravity.
Wherever your journey takes you, I wish you luck anon.

...water fasting? why

Not the same anon, but I agree with the dopamine overdose thing. I go camping on the weekend with
absolutely nothing to do and once I get back, I am so completely bored that anything will do.
Even doing work is enjoyable. I still fap once or twice a week, but I don't have to watch anime
every day to feel SOMEthing anymore.

I found that water fasting went hand in hand with controlling my desires. I realized that I
mostly ate because it was "time to eat" or because I wanted to eat, rather than out of necessity.
Much like fapping.
Historically speaking, it was normal for humans to go a modest amount of time without food.
Regardless I still got a doctor's opinion when I first tried this out. I fast for 1 or 3 days
once a month.
It also feels nice reaching ketosis without having to spend money on a rigid ketogenic diet.
Though, it's probably more of an esoteric practice and definitely not for everyone.

>cooming, junk food, flashes and kino,
You're not drinking, that's why you're unsatisfied.
