To make an invisible button, go into its timeline (i.e. Up, Over, Down, Hit) and make the first
three blank; only Hit should have the button dimensions. When you drag your invisible button onto
the stage it will have a transparent blue appearance.
To change the loop/audio, there are several ways to do this. Do you know much about movie clips?

Continued.... Here's how I would do it. Tell me if I've fucked something up since I didn't
double-check my logic as I wrote these steps.
1) Start your timeline over from scratch, totally blank. Make a movie clip with the original loop
2) Place that clip and the first All Right audio file on frame 1 on the main timeline [add
stop(); actionscript to the frame as well]
3) Make another movie clip with the second, faster loop and put that on frame 2 of the main
timeline; again, use AS to stop on that frame
4) Create a third movie clip. Put the Andre audio on the clip's timeline and set it to "Stream".
Add as many frames as necessary to play the full file. Create a keyframe after it's finished on
which you place the faster All Right loop (set it to "Start")
5) Go back to the main timeline and place your third movie clip on the same frame as your second
6) The actionscript for your invisible button on frame 1 should stop the original audio from
playing [SoundMixer.stopAll();] and gotoAndPlay(2)
7)???
8) Profit!
Get JPEXS Flash decompiler and use it to export swfs as flas. You can use those to see how other
people set up their timelines and actionscript, and you'll figure out lots of tricks people are
using to do interesting things like what you're attempting.

>If anyone knows how to make this kind of swf if you'd kindly link me to a tutorial or something.
thank you!
>I wanted to make this with a button. It'd be transparent and hovering over the cat, and if you
pressed it, the scene changed to a faster version of the gif with the HEY YAH's "ALRIGHT ALRIGHT"
audio loop. If its possible, if you can make a sound file play once then go into the loop. (The
looped audio starts with Andre 3000 asking "What's cooler than being cool?" and my idea was that
would play, then a separate file with the ALRIGHT ALRIGHT loop would play on loop. I'm super
inexperienced and messing with some actionscript didn't really yield any results.
>Thanks again /f/riends! Hope 2021 isn't as shitty as 2020 was...
My MacGyver way of doing it was having the visuals twice in the timeline, each with a different
song and a gotoAndPlay() at the end to go to their respective starts. Then two buttons, one in
the 1st loop to go to the second one and another in the 2nd loop to go to the first.

here's an alternative method:
say you want slow loop at 12 fps and fast at 24 fps.
set the swf framerate to 24 fps and for the slow loop you have every keyframe take 2 frames.
you could also set the swf framerate to 48 fps and have the fast loop take 2 frames and the slow
take 4 frames. this allows for a "in-between" speed of 3 frames. your solution by changing the
framerate is probably better overall but with my alternative you could do things on the timeline
like misalign/insert frames for some kind of effect or something. you could have 2 animations at
the same time, one which moves at the normal fps and the other which changes speed.

thank you so much /f/riends, it warms my heart to know this community is still so dedicated and
willing to help. God fucking bless /f/
I'll try these out when i'm back home from work, hopefully you'll see an updated version!

Adding event listeners via ActionScript is probably gonna be your best friend if you take the
time to learn them.
