Is namasensei any FUCKING good? I've been studying Japanese on and off for a couple years but
lose steam every few months. Does he teach reasonably well or is he just a drunk? At the very
least I think his contempt for me will spur me on.

I can't personally vouch for him since I haven't tried, but over the years I've seen a handful of
people in here claim that they learned by following his lessons. I know that if I ever feel like
jumping the fence he'll be the first thing I'll try.
There was a torrent with all the videos floating around, I'll see if I can find it.

I got the basics started with namasensei. You'll learn shitty grammar but that can be remedied
with Genki.
btw the lesson10 vid is probably his most important language. I still use that one to this day.
