I know of Heyuri, it's a great IB that actually has the "old" soul unlike many imageboards I know

There's always a new one, and they always shill on 4chan for some reason, so much for quality.
Heyuri shilled here last year. They die quickly because they're slow as shit, they don't have the
improved quality or community to make up for it, and they are completely unoriginal and boring.
Just look at the flash for reasons why they all suck, its just newfags worshipping cold ashes
instead of knowing anything about how to rekindle the flame that made older sites fun. You can
only repeat the exact same "zOMG teh INTARWEBZ DESUDESUDESUDESU" joke so many times before even
the Archeologist newfags don't care anymore.
Fuck, even if 4chan is worse than it was in 2005, at least it can still produce original memes,
it can serve fresh content as is the whole reason imageboards became popular in the first place.
"Comfy oldfag" altchans all regurgitate the EXACT same jokes, and most don't even make original
images for this purpose which I guess makes Heyuri ever so slightly better but Tip 7 shows it'll
never ever grow beyond this.
There's nothing wrong with respecting the past and reusing older formats, I mean we're on /f/ for
christ's sake, but instating this by force onto your imageboard and relying on it as your one and
only gimmick is a recipe for being yet another generic and forgettable altchan made to remake the
conditions for older times without the slightest clue what made them fun.
