  Finally got the first shot last week, had to wait extra long because every fucking zoomer
  plague-rat suddenly had to have it to stop them from dooming western civilization with their
  social addiction and poor judgement, and making my entire generation wait was apparently easier
  than asking zoomies to not be a fucking liability.
  Maybe this whole vaccine circus is just a giant dress-rehearsal for giving all zoomers a lethal

  i work a job in which i interact with hundreds of random people every day, as well as handling a
  lot of the items they touch and could have possibly contaminated. we have not shut down and have
  not missed one day of work since covid began. i have not worn a mask or done anything out of the
  ordinary to "protect" myself and i have had absolutely zero problems.
  i will not be getting the vaccine, for much the same reason i never get a flu shot, and literally
  never get the flu.

  Got a second dose two weeks ago from today and so I'm now officially non-infectious. Gonna keep
  wearing a face mask and be socially distant from others though because nothing works on 100 % and
  the delta variant is a bit tricky when it comes to this.

  Guys, be responsible. I know that wearing face masks and not being able to live socially very
  much is annoying, but if you won't help end this by getting vaccinated, you're just prolonging it
  for everyone.

  About long-term effects of the vaccine: It's important to realise, that long-term effects are
  usually caused by the "dead" ingredients in vaccines (salts, minerals, stabilisers etc.) and in
  these vaccines, nothing new of this sort was used. It's pretty much the same as all the vaccines
  used for decades now, except that instead of weakened pathogen, it contains a string of mRNA.

  I got both of my shots several months ago. Some people are reportedly getting third shots for
  "extra protection" which I think is lunacy. Even if a third one is approved, I'm not sure I'll
  bother. Covid is not Black Death, and if I get it then I get it.

  But I hate the conceit of pro-vaxxers. People who are reasonably reluctant to put this stuff in
  their bodies are called nutjobs who are afraid of microchips. The mayor of NYC last week said
  that people who don't get vaccinated will effectively be treated like second-class citizens.
  Faith in government is already so low, and when politicians say things like that it does not
  convince anyone to get vaccinated, only to hate the government more. Trump didn't get vaccinated
  on television for selfish reasons but he did it the way it should be, as a private decision.

  I spend up to 90% of time alone indoors.
  I'm probably a better model citizen than anyone who gets vaccinated, then infected by some
  variant from his friends during some evening out drinking, then coming home and infecting his

  Don't see a need to really.
  Vacc is only interesting for people who cannot do without going out to eat or party every other
  day, or people who need or want to travel a lot.
