the nice thing about HEN Exploit is that you can just burn a CD-R and off you go. No need to

if the reading errors are caused by scratches on the underside of the CD, yes.
you can do it yourself or give it to a store. in our country there was once a game store that
charged 1,50€ per CD. maybe stores like GameStop do something like that today too.

i assume that you have your PS3 with the hybrid firmware. so you can do the exploit and get your
PSN "account data" (act,idps). now you can use these files to re-sign the downloaded files
(PKG,RAP) for your account. you do this with PS3xploit 2.1.0
your output should then be 2 PKG Files that you install in your PS3. (with the account where you
got the act and idps files from).
