i have an ultrawide monitor, so i make the left half of my screen /f/, the top-right my downloads
folder, and the bottom-right my swf collection.
i download every swf as i go down the list, view in swf player, and quickly delete if i don't
like or care for it. if the flash is something i wish to keep, i quickly drag it over.
been recently trying out this method in a vr overlay (in it right now,) and it's pretty neat.
