I blocked my Firefox at v84 just to be able to play Flash

Firefox has been garbage for a long time now.
If you want a browser that is what Firefox used to be, get one of the forks such as Pale Moon
(which has no plans to drop support for NPAPI plugins, like Flash).

is there an ebuild for that?

If only moonchild weren't such a faggot, huh.

there's a fork of palemoon called web browser that doesn't have all of manchild's faggotry but it
has no prebuilt binaries so you'd have to compile it from source, so that's only viable if you're
a hardcore /g/entooman

what is this "manchild's faggotry" that makes it worthwhile to use a fork of [a fork maintained
by 1 man]

Moonfurfaggot removes features (changing user agent, for instance) and compatibility for add-ons
(like adnauseam, noscript and the classic add-on archive) for bullshit personal reasons and shits
on anyone trying to help the project.
This guy is a schizo but he explains things pretty well: https://digdeeper.neo

My dude, that feel amirite? Sad to see they axed the old plugin support by now though (ironically
because they got too popular from people leaving firefox).
>>3470301

What's that? I only know that there's standalone binaries (no installation).
>>3470299
Trust me, can only get you so far in a few years.
>>3470306
>only viable if you're a hardcore /g/entooman
A little overexaggerated, but if what ever
> all of manchild's faggotry
stops you from using it, you probably are already.
>>3470312
>changing user agent, for instance
Can't you change useragent from the config or at least an extension though? I know I did it not
that long ago.
Also NoScript works 100%, as I use it, just like greasemonkey and userscript do.
Yeah sure, old addons were nice, but if it slows them down that much, then it won't be THAT much
of a loss. At least plugins like flash still work.
The community is getting bigger, so maybe anyone will have converted any given extension for
actual palemoon with time, you're welcome to contribute.
