I click on the filename and usually it opens it in fullscreen. instead its prompting me to
download

Are you using the projector? Some flashes open in fullscreen, but if you are using it and that
happens it should never prompt you to download some of them, only open in windowed mode instead
of full.

Either use Pale Moon with fixed flashplugin (to play it in the browser), or download the flash
and open it with the projector (to play it locally)

I meant it used to open in its own tab and I could resize it freely, not actually taking up the
entire screen
