Apparently this IS the snowing one. I guess it looks at the system calendar and switches
according to the seasons. So if you want snow, wait a few months or tell your computer it's
December.

Obviously they are. This isn't even the first time I've seen this type of effect implemented.
Another example would be 0x40 Hues of Halloween.swf, which goes full creepy if you open it on
Halloween day.
Oh, also, you can press the spacebar to change the music in this. I had forgotten about that.
