No. Opening files locally is what you should be doing if something doesn't work in Ruffle (the
built-in viewer here).
Installing special browsers is pure retardation. It's a special snowflake syndrome some low iq
oldfag-pretenders have here.
Using adobe's flash is a security risk though especially if you browse things like /f/ where
anyone can upload garbage (sites like newgrounds with curated content should be fine though).
