  it's been a long while since you could play local flash files with firefox even if you could play
  non-local flashes on websites with firefox. there's probably some setting to allow local swfs to

  i couldn't play this flash at first with my content projector on linux mint but then i installed
  libvdpau-va-gl1 package and launched the flash using the link from /f/ i.e. https://i.4cdn.org/f/
  Within%20The%20Hospital%20Walls.swf and now it works locally. not sure what voodoo is this but
