Right now there's problems on actual hardware. I personally don't know how playable it is but
reports have been roughly in the "several things are broken" area. There's plans to update the
game but I don't know if hardware compatibility is one of those things.

It's about halfway through the game. You have to get through some real ball-kickers to get to it.
The room in this swf is in the alternate fourth level, so you should be able to reach it fine.
