to convert .dcr to .swf? I'm trying to upload this more interesting game but it's old as shit.

I don't think that's quite as easy possible
Adobe Director is really a completely different format and needed a different extension as it was
way more capable than Adobe Flash, so I doubt you can just up and convert it without maybe
building it completely from scratch
