They literally invented the "have you tried to turn it off and on again" meme that still plagues
IT to this very day.
I bet that answering machine would do as good a job today as back then.
Not so long ago I was called in some guy's office. He wasn't even that bad at PC things or stupid
or anything.
He just has a problem with a program that basically stops working until you restart the PC from
time to time.
Told me he tried to do it this time and it didn't work. I was afraid that I couldn't help him at
all, but turns out he didn't restart the PC. He shut it down, waited and then turned it on again
with the button.
Just that with win10 that literally isn't the same anymore as a fresh start and it doesn't count
as restarting unless you select "restart". I get it, how are you supposed to know that when I say
restart, I mean pressing ONLY restart and nothing else.
It just keeps getting worse and worse...
