this swf is 10485736 bytes = 9.999977111816406 MiB
so there's a whole 24 bytes left over. 23 if 4chan uses < checks instead of <=
another trivia about Within The Hospital Walls.swf is that it needs an external swz file to work,
which is downloaded from Adobe unless already downloaded before. if Adobe removes those downloads
the flash will stop working (even in the projector). i believe the swz file is used for the text
outside the visuals of the flash.

Two files beat this one in file size. All of DESU.swf has been seen with 10485759 bytes, making
me think that 4chan uses < checks. however it's an alternative file size and not the file size
you get when you actually download the flash from swfchan (10317949 bytes). someone sometime must
have padded the swf to exactly 1 byte below 10 MiB, so guess that doesn't count.
Downloading Utopia.swf reveals it is 10485746 however, 10 bytes bigger than Within The Hospital
Walls.swf, so we have a winner! I'm assuming that's not an alternative size but who cares, that
was fun. Still some room for someone to one day beat Utopia.swf
