I am looking for Zach and Cody games, "Zack and Cody Tipton Trouble" and "Pizza Party Pickup".
I can't find them on the chan and I don't know how to rip them from sites now that the plugin is
dead.

Well you could have started by posting one or two URLs of those sites you know about so others
can rip them for you.

Finding and downloading flashes was easy, but they have external dependancies: XML files for each
level.
I'm not gonna play through all the game only to be able to rip those level xml files, sorry man.
