if they feature nice artwork or animations like this one, why not, music would also be a plus
it's only 400kb anyway
more reasons I could think of:
historic value (like old macromedia stuff)
historic importance (like famous sites or online games)
or the file actually containing more than the pure navigation

if it contains nice vector animations i could understand but this flash just has a generic still
jpg. can't imagine anyone opening this and being blown away over how awesome the jpg is... but as
long as the board doesn't fill with 100s of these i guess i dont mind.
