  The Biden administration pulled out of Afghanistan so poorly that it almost seems intentional,
  like they want beheadings of Americans just to get an excuse to go back there and continue the
  forever-war. People that normally was in favor of exiting the country would be begging the
  government to go back there.
  Though normally you shouldn't explain things with malice that can be explained with incompetence,
  and the Biden administration is pure incompetence.
