You can vote yourself into communism but you have to shoot yourself out of it.
Communities practicing communism can exist within capitalism but not the other way around.

if people can voluntarily practice communism why did the cia have to fuck up every communist
country instead of just leaving them alone? Why were there black lists in the 50's for "communist
sympathizers", why does america force cutting off economic exchange with communist countries?

because 'murica is ruled by super wealthy families who realize the idea of communism is appealing
to common folk and they are afraid they could lose their power
small communist community could be self sufficient lowering income to capitalistic uber swines
so they masked their fear by manipulating public opinion to communist = Soviet/Korean/Chinese spy
pls don't forget communism sounds good but cannot work in large scale

Communism only ever remotely works in very small communities like a household. Even then it
causes problems such as disputes between residents.
People who actually want communism for their country have no idea how the economy works.
Capitalism has actually been working well in the grand scheme of things.

capitalism works better than communism but it's not perfect in any case.
I read a comment somewhere that there should be a goal and once reached you get a park named
after you and the yearly surplus your company makes should be invested in something else.

you've misunderstood what i said (or willingly misconstrued it).
within a country practicing capitalism you and your buddies can buy a farm and then practice
communism with each other. if you're in a communistic country you are not allowed any such
liberties.

I would not want to live in a communist country like china with their social credit score, you
can't insult the government without your score going down meaning you can't even catch a train.
But capitalism, is wrong too because capitalism sell the idea that private ownership and the
pursuit of infinite profit and infinite material possessions is what leads to happiness when it
is in fact quality social relations.
what we need is an open source society or resource based economy where peter joseph would be the
leader.

almost all of modern comforts came about from people seeking profits. better health care, more
food, access to wares from all over the world, ease of washing clothes/dishes, ease of cleaning
your home, just the fact that you don't need to spend every hour of the day on farming, boxes in
your home providing entertainment.
capitalism is not only right but has been proven right.
and just like with communism being supported inside capitalism your open-source-society can exist
within capitalism as well. and it does with many, many projects.

Bruh, this discussion is more civil and intelligent than an average discussion under an article
about politics on my country's biggest news website.
I wish you all a very pleasant day.
