Don't think there is one.
The questions are yes/no type and in the swimming minigame you must contrinuously press left and
right but also up to stay afloat.
Also keep pressing Z on the title screen to remove swimsuit.
There's no porn in it, but a guro scene instead, so futher progression is disadvised!

yeah I got to the "guro" where she was cut into little steak pieces and the screen got all
psychedelic, then it just said Y/N so I picked Y all the time and nothing happened, really
confusing

She's a "parasite girl" (寄生娘). Not a girl infected with a parasite but a real parasite who
pretends to be a girl.
At the end she asks you "Do you love Tsutsuji (her name) even when she looks like this?" or
something like that.
If you say no then it just brings you to the credits.
If you say yes then she says "Tsutsuji is hungry. Can I eat you?".
Y/N. Doesn't matter what you pick here. Both choices give you the credits.
