well the title of /asp/ is "Alternative Sports & Wrestling". so my question is, was the problem
that people started too many new threads with <5 replies, and that killed other threads? then i'd
rather increase the thread limit or change the system of how threads are killed, instead of
adding a new board.
at the very least if they now have a wrestling board they should drop "& Wrestling" from the
title of /asp/. and /pw/ should just be "Wrestling" and not PROFESSIONAL wrestling. it's all very
confusing when they overlap topics like this.

why replace it with another instead of just changing the title... and if they add one new board
for skateboarding and one new for extremesport X and one new for extremesport Y it will blow my
mind.
personally i would only have /sp/ and increase the number of threads + change the deletion
algorithm. spreading users thin like this isn't good, better to have 1 active board than 3
half-dead ones since people's interests overlap and not everybody will check all 3 boards.
