I dont have adobe flash on my pc anymore and I've forgotten most of the AS I learned.
But I can't stop listening to this and I think it would make a great loop flash

The noises she makes happen in left, right or combined channel. So maybe it's cool to have a png
of Fubuki in the center with visual effect left right or center depending on where the sound
comes from.
But desu if anyone makes this into a still with music that'd be good enough already.

I can link you some version of CS6 though if you're up for it yourself.
I bet you wouldn't need any AS for it either, the most work would be cutting the audio loop,
putting in the visuals and trying to sync them up with the audio frame by frame, as you described.
