Anybody know a good way to convert flashes into videos? The websites I've tried to use ruin them.

use a screen recorder if you have to, just dont expect it to be in good quality

ffmpeg.exe -i flash.swf video.mp4 will do an okayish job. You can read up on ffmpeg to get real
nitty gritty with it if you want but recognize that flv video isn't exactly high quality to start.
