Get the swfchan edit ones instead.

Don't forget that you still need to have installed official flash before placing the files into
the system directory.
Also, as they are debug plugins, you will get debug error messages if flash fucks up, so put a
mm.cfg into your user folder:
>create a new text file and rename it to: "mm.cfg"
>open it in editor, add the line:
>SuppressDebuggerExceptionDialogs=1
>to it and save it, put it in folder %USERPROFILE%

No, as the fault of those browsers doesn't lie in the fact that the plugin is bricked, but in the
fact that they just don't allow any plugins (as opposed to addons) anymore at all, period.
It's impossible to still use plugins with any of the major browsers without some hefty modding or
forking, in which case you might as well use the already well working firefox forks like basilisk
or waterfox.
Remember kids:
To use flash in browser you need to combat 3 things from 3 companies:
>Microcucks wanting to rid any flash installs clean off the system and preventing you from ever
reinstalling them
>Adobe who probably knowingly left their final version of flash in a pretty shitty and unusable
state (timebomb).
>Google&co forcing or colloborating with every major popular browser to remove all kinds of
extension support and leaving users only with an appstore like mentality to modifying their
browsers functionality.
Just use win7&palemoon&swfchanplugins and you're good to party like it's 2007 though.
Now if you could just have an option to change [embed] to allow flash plugin instead of ruffle,
that would be just terrific. Guess I'll have to add 4chan and ruffle enforcing to the list
above...

I already have win7, what else do I need to do to go back to the glory days? Does just using
mozilla solve the problem?

no mainstream browser still supports flash ("for your protection"), you have to use an
alternative browser such as pale moon or basilisk

Portable outdated firefox works too
