I would like to set some looping animations to music. Where can I learn how to do this?

Its honestly a lot more complicated than this but
1> Get a copy of flash, preferably 5, MX, 2004, and Beyond those.
2> Get a music loop of your choice
3> Get an animation going
4> Finetune the FPS , Open movie properties, e.g. if youre having problems looping at 25 fps, try

Ive made a couple loops and had better luck when I gave up on a frame rate that landed in a
fractional number and not an integer
