So, I wanted to play Owata's big adventure 2 offline, so i decided to download the .swf file off
his official site, but when i select it in my flash player it's stuck on the loading screen and
doesn't do anything https://files.catbox.moe/w7yyz4.JPG
does anyone know any sort of fix for it?

maybe you just downloaded the preloader that once is finished sends you to the actual game
try to decompile it to see if there are other assets outside the ones for the preloader

don't expect too much tough
I tried to play some older shockwave games in my browser (palemoon), anyone remember redline
rumble?
sure enough the plugin loads but it just doesn't work, you'd need at least a prebuilt projector
exe and all the misc files to play it
as most websites about such games are long gone, it cannot load essentials while trying to
connect to the net, so much about offline play
depends on the game, but you would be better off trying to convince the guys at flashpoint to add
the game to their archive, that would guarantee offline play in the future

well i just check out their archive and it turns out they do actually have it archived! they're
apparently in some sort of Legacy format, but hey if it means that they work thats good enough
for me

>shockwave
I 'member playing that Gorillaz 19-2000 level where they drive on that weird highway that was
made in shockwave
the physics were absolutely terrible

Wow, I remember that too.
I just clicked on it on some game website because I knew Gorillaz and it fucking sucked.
