what kind of password are you talking about?
I have never heard of a flash protected with a password

So.. decompiling just skips the password that Animate wants when trying to import said SWF?

I'm not familiar with Adobe Animate but it looks like the SWF file content is not encrypted when
the password is applied or the decompilation software knows a way around this.
here is the decompiled project file (movie.fla).
It compiles fine with Flash CS6. no idea if it works with Animate at all.
