If you take into account the position of twatter at the bottom of the meme food chain,
most notable memes will originate in the chans and take a while to blow up on twitter, only to
then die when they already reached their expiration date.
The SJW will either keep a husk of the meme alive if they like it or celebrate having "taken
down" the meme if they don't (which is the likely case).

True, but think about it that way:
A meme posted on /f/ is kinda guaranteed to be a meme that a sophisticated old internet /f/ag
will like, so all the memes that originate on the shitnet will automatically be disqualified.
Sure there are rare exceptions, but the notable stuff that isn't normie or pol humor will be from
some chan.
If you see a meme on twatter and don't instantly hate it, chances are it's not from there
originally.
And that's besides it being a meme about what can arguably be considered pedophilia.
Of course it's gonna originate on 4chen.
