up/down to change audio speed and left/right to pan between speakers (center for proper stereo)
i don't really hear a doppler effect, maybe it means something more than i think it means

that change in speed is also a change of frequency and doppler effect explains the frequency
shift when source of sound is moving
this is not an example of it, but it is related
..
now that i think about the cars and doppler effect they can make, i think there could be some
kind of illusion that the sound gets more quiet when the car passes near you.
when the car moves away from you, the waves separate more and are less likely to connect with
each other. in other words the sound loses its volume, but that depends on the environment as the
connections are caused by echo
