Is there anyway to compress a flash file? I want to post a game but it's too big. (like mah cawk)

not really
flash is already compressed by default but you can check the settings, you can also compress
movies before putting them into flash
if you already got a swf you cannot change compression unless you reexport it
also it wont do a lot of change because a native flash game should already be highly compressed
by nature, unless the creator put all sprites as lossless gif into it
a good example of someone who did compress an existing game would be:

but it won't necessarily work on your game and is depended on where the OP messed up

how big is the game? maybe one could remove or compress assets (e.g. music)
