I'm pretty sure somebody must have already told you to change the audio quality of your audio
in flash in the library right click on the audio hit properties, select mp3, set 160kb and
uncheck stereo to mono
There's also global settings which may override the previous mentioned option so you want to
change them too
the quality also depends on the source audio
don't just trust the kbps it shows in the properties of the mp3 but check the spectogram with
audacity

I extracted the audio in this flash and it barely reaches 5kHz but at 16kbps that's a given
