Most likely. There's no reason for Ruffle to suddenly get custom context menus out of nowhere.
But this is also the first SWF I've seen with one in Ruffle.

yeah I'm pretty sure it has been the case for a while. Ruffle seems to work a but inconsistently,
but I've definitely seen custom context menus on /f/'s version of Ruffle.

Yes, the context menus have been around for a while here.
I assume it is simply due to the use of AS2 and AS3?
AS3 support is getting better but it doesn't help if the version of Ruffle on /f/ is more than a
year old. An update would be appropriate again.
