In this flash I didn't. I just "converted" a webm to gif frames.
But generally I use the swfchan tools.
SwiffArmyKnife can convert videos with exact filesize to flv embed or h264. For embed then you
just use it in your fla or alternatively use flvmaker to embed it into swf.
For h254 flv videos you need to use the swfh254 tool to make a video into swf. You cannot change
anything about that flash, but at least it features nice playback controls and mandatory
preloader.
You want the filesize to be 9,99mb and the resolution at divisible by 16 (auto lower), and the
bitrate as high as possible. The bitrate is what makes it look like ass if it's too low.
The longer the video and the more, idk how to say, frantic the content, the lower the bitrate
will turn out. It might be that you need to cut the video or it WILL look unbearable. There are
other techniques for converting ultra long videos like whole movies into flash (as a joke).
