Pretty sure it could, I considered this for converting applicable anime and reconverting
2010-2015 flash vector animations that I only know of existing in youtube and I recall while
looking around regarding that >>/mlp/ppp started doing something for pony, but I don't know if
that had to do with vector puppets or just raster converts. Likewise another AI that would be
suitable for vector animation would be having an AI that can discern the background vs the
foreground in moving shots and stitch a full background from such, as well as seperating the
moving frames. Surely the latter has to exist as making transparent backgrounds is a fairly
common goal but idk about the former.
As I'm not sure of the details, the extent to which I'd put my efforts towards would be amassing
a training set using Magic Vector.
