Will swfchan finally get TLS after the migration?

ve seen some people complain about e.g. Neocities enforcing HTTPS only, which prevents
old-as-dirt browsers from accessing their website. (Sega Dreamcast's web browser was the example
provided.)
Of course, TLS doesn't need to be forced.
I can't think of a reason why swfchan *needs* TLS since it's not a banking site or anything.
Although, you still send secrets such as collection passwords over the wire. O_o

I plan to look into https but it won't be there when the site comes back. There's a lot of
hardcoded instances of "http" to find and replace in old code and make sure it doesn't break
something else. I also haven't decided on which certificate authority to go with.
