Zone probably said it best a long time ago: they are all still using flash in some form or other
to animate, just that nobody bothers to export the raw swfs, as the projects are nowadays
finished inside other video editing tools like vegas
watching the wip flashes would just look stupid and unfinished in their opinion and mixing
everything in flash itself is too much of a hassle for 1% of the population still caring about
that

There was a guy on /f/ in August-October of 2021 (and January this year) who made some minimalist
swfs in minus8's style and used keyboard smash filenames like the guy in this /i/ thread.
His online handle was whkrmrgks0 at the time. I think he moved on to streaming art on picarto.
